Charlie Nash is a data engineer with the United Center, the home of the Chicago Bulls. The primary responsibilities that Charlie faces as a data engineer are providing accurate, up-to-date data for the United Center's data analysts, discovering new data sources that different groups around the facility can use, developing data strategy plans with the UC's two professional sports teams: the Chicago Bulls of the NBA and the Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL. During his time at the United Center, he led an implementation with Ticketmaster API, built a data pipeline for the arena's concession data that provides live updates on event nights, and headed a project to utilize analytics provided by the building's Wi-Fi network.
In his free time, Charlie enjoys playing tennis, supporting the local Chicago sports teams, and going to the dog park with his dog, Bear.
